We are an independent community committed to life long sustainable fitness, healthy nutrition and accomplishing goals with the help each other. Our gym is independently owned and run by professionals dedicated to the pursuit of better health for all of those who seek the same goal.
CrossFit Training is defined as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life, at home or at work, on the field or in the ring. All workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically.
Regardless of your experience or fitness level, you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! CrossFit is scalable for all ages and levels and is so effective that it has been adopted by police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units (Navy SEALs), champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

We offer free introductory classes on Tuesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9:30am - Contact us to reserve your spot!
*CrossFit Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a less intense version of our CrossFit Class and a great way to prepare for CrossFit if you feel you are not quite “ready”. Classes are held outoors, rain or shine at Brown Street Park on the East Side of Providence, behind Hope High School. All workouts are 1-hour using all the CrossFit techniques. Workouts include kettlebells, running, box jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pull-ups, sandbags and more! Every workout has a scaling option that is right for your fitness level. No prior CrossFit experience is required. Held May through September.
*CrossFit Elements Class
A fun, informative, pressure-free workout. Perfect for people looking for a slightly less intimidating workout environment and more personalized instruction. CrossFit Elements classes are instructed in small groups with scalable intensity and a less competitive environment than our Main classes. It is fun and functional!
Classes are held Monday through Thursday @ 600am and 600pm and Saturdays @ 830am.
*CrossFit Main Class
All CrossFit Training is 60 minutes, this includes the warm up, the workout, and a cool down. Classes are held all day and everyday at CrossFit Providence. They consist of intense group training using the CrossFit philosophy. Each class is run by a certified CrossFit instructor. Class sizes range from 8 – 18 people.
Am I too old/too young?
CrossFit is suitable for ages 3 to 99. Again, it is scalable for all ages and levels. We use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells. We do sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups. We run, row, swim and bike. We also offer Boot Camp Classes if you are a beginner or prefer a workout that is less intense but still extremely effective.
What if I’m injured?
We always have an alternative. There’s no reason to forgo a sweaty workout because you have a broken ankle, leg, shoulder, whatever. Get back to CrossFit Providence and we’ll find an alternative workout that will guarantee to improve your fitness and help your recovery.
